Here we go, again! I’m SO looking forward to teaching this Meditation for Beginners workshop for the second time! Last time it filled up in just 3 days so if you are interested don’t hesitate to pay and secure your spot in class! I will demystify meditation and break it down for you so that you can begin your own at home practice- immediately. This will be on Saturday, February, 13th from Noon- 3:00ish at Matsuda Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. 894 E 100 N in Price. Cost is $30 and includes a booklet and refreshments. You must pre-pay by 2/12 however I suggest if you are really interested to pay ASAP as my classes tend to fill up rather quickly!
