A New Foundation: A Kundalini Yoga Beginners course with Malarie will be on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM starting January 6th through February 10th. The course is $75 and includes a book and CD! A $25 deposit by 12/13 will save your spot. Class will fill up quickly!
