In this 8 week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series with Malarie Matsuda we will release negativity, expand your auric shield, strengthen and soothe the nervous system, deeply relax, and through specific meditations clear our the subconscious and develop the neutral mind so we can be less reactive and more present in our lives. We will use this technology to bring balance to our body, mind and spirit.
